Without regular BLS training, staff may struggle to follow coordinated response procedures during high-pressure situations. Delays and uncertainty can make emergencies harder to manage.
BLS situations often involve multiple people responding at the same time. When teams are not trained together or are unfamiliar with response procedures, communication can break down and important steps may be missed.
Medical clinics, dental practices, aged care facilities, and other healthcare workplaces often require staff to maintain current BLS certification as part of ongoing workplace and patient-care standards.
When training is not refreshed regularly, teams may become less familiar with coordinated response procedures and current BLS practices used during emergencies.
BLS situations often involve multiple people responding at the same time. Training focuses on helping staff understand coordinated response procedures, communicate clearly, and work together effectively during medical emergencies.
This is particularly important in healthcare settings where staff may need to assist patients, visitors, or co-workers while continuing to manage busy clinical environments.
Training includes CPR response procedures and AED instruction for healthcare and patient-care workplaces where immediate intervention may be required.
Participants learn how to recognize emergencies, follow response steps correctly, and assist safely during high-pressure situations.
BLS training includes guided hands-on skills sessions with mannequin-based practice designed around real healthcare response situations.
Participants complete CPR techniques, AED procedures, and coordinated response steps in a practical training environment rather than only classroom-based instruction.
Depending on workplace requirements, training can be delivered through classroom sessions, on-site instruction, or blended learning with skills assessments.
Certification is available through recognized providers including the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, ASHI, Medic First Aid, and Pro Trainings.

Medical clinics are busy places where staff work closely with patients throughout the day. When someone suddenly becomes unwell or needs urgent assistance, teams need to know what to do and work together without confusion.
Dental teams work closely with patients throughout the day, often in situations where staff need to react quickly and stay calm when something goes wrong during treatment or care. Everyone in the room needs to understand their role and what needs to happen next.
Aged care staff spend long hours supporting residents with daily care, mobility, and health needs. When urgent medical situations happen, staff need to respond quickly while continuing to support vulnerable residents in a calm and controlled way.
Physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centres, chiropractic practices, and other allied health workplaces involve regular hands-on patient care throughout the day. Staff may need to assist when patients become unwell or require urgent medical attention during treatment sessions.
BLS training is relevant for healthcare and patient-care environments where staff may be expected to respond during medical emergencies before additional support arrives.
Training is delivered with these settings in mind, helping teams maintain practical emergency response skills as part of day-to-day workplace responsibilities.

I got my Basic Life Support Certificate here and everything ran very smoothly and the instructor was very helpful and educated on the subject. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave feedback on what I could improve or what I was doing right. I would definitely recommend!

Henry is amazing! Always very organized and on top of his schedule. Our Dental Assisting students and instructors always say they enjoy having him in class. I also love that he helps the students get their BLS cards to me before he even leaves them. I appreciate his dedication!

This class was very informative and helpful. I learned more in 30 mins than I learned in my high school classes. Henry Serrano is a great instructor and gives clear, practical information. He teaches well and is easy to understand. I highly recommend this course. Though it would be nice if the course was a little longer to really solidify the information. Overall though, I would recommend this to anyone medical professional or not that's interested in getting BLS certified.

Henry Seranno was a very good instructor, he made sure that we understood everything that he went over, answered any questions that we had about what we were learning. Made sure that everything was clear and I really appreciated the diligence. Definitely would recommend him as an instructor for BLS.
- Henavea Robertson
Henry was really descriptive and explained everything so well. He pauses every once in a while to see if you have questions so that was really helpful. We practiced everything a few times to make sure we understood. I felt very comfortable in the class.
