BLS training is an ongoing requirement for many organizations. As teams grow, roles change, and certifications come up for renewal, training needs can continue throughout the year.
But keeping training current can be challenging:
When employees complete training at different times, certification renewal dates can become spread across the year. This can make it more difficult to keep track of who requires training and when updates are needed.
Many organizations need to coordinate training while maintaining normal operations. Finding a suitable time for multiple employees to attend training can require careful planning, particularly when staff work different shifts or have different responsibilities.
New hires, role changes, and staff turnover can create additional training needs. Organizations may need to arrange certification or renewal training at different times rather than relying on a single annual training session.
As the number of participants increases, organizing training can become more complex. Attendance, scheduling, certification requirements, and operational considerations may all need to be managed at the same time.
Blue Ocean Safety provides a range of training options designed to help organizations manage certification and renewal training more efficiently.
Training sessions can be arranged around operating hours, shift patterns, and team availability. This can help organizations coordinate BLS training while maintaining daily operations and staffing requirements.
Training can be organized for small groups, individual departments, or larger teams requiring certification at the same time. This flexibility allows organizations to arrange training based on their workforce size and operational requirements rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
Training can be delivered at workplaces, clinics, schools, offices, community facilities, and other locations. This allows participants to complete training at a location chosen by their organization rather than attending an external training venue. On-site training is available throughout Stockton and surrounding communities.
Training is available for participants completing BLS certification for the first time as well as those renewing an existing certification. Sessions can be organized for teams with different certification requirements, helping organizations manage both new and existing training needs.
Spanish-language instruction is available for bilingual and Spanish-speaking participants who prefer to complete training in Spanish. This can help organizations provide training that is accessible to employees working across different roles, departments, and teams.
Training is delivered by an instructor who guides participants through the course requirements and certification process. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions, receive clarification on course content, and complete training with support throughout the session.

I got my Basic Life Support Certificate here and everything ran very smoothly and the instructor was very helpful and educated on the subject. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave feedback on what I could improve or what I was doing right. I would definitely recommend!

Henry is amazing! Always very organized and on top of his schedule. Our Dental Assisting students and instructors always say they enjoy having him in class. I also love that he helps the students get their BLS cards to me before he even leaves them. I appreciate his dedication!

This class was very informative and helpful. I learned more in 30 mins than I learned in my high school classes. Henry Serrano is a great instructor and gives clear, practical information. He teaches well and is easy to understand. I highly recommend this course. Though it would be nice if the course was a little longer to really solidify the information. Overall though, I would recommend this to anyone medical professional or not that's interested in getting BLS certified.

Henry Seranno was a very good instructor, he made sure that we understood everything that he went over, answered any questions that we had about what we were learning. Made sure that everything was clear and I really appreciated the diligence. Definitely would recommend him as an instructor for BLS.

Henry was really descriptive and explained everything so well. He pauses every once in a while to see if you have questions so that was really helpful. We practiced everything a few times to make sure we understood. I felt very comfortable in the class.
