The short answer is yes. While some training providers expect organizations to fit around their process, Blue Ocean Safety works to make training fit around yours.
Clear communication is important during any training program. Spanish-language instruction is available for bilingual and Spanish-speaking participants who prefer to complete BLS training in Spanish. For organizations with multilingual teams, this can help make training more accessible while supporting consistent understanding of course content and certification requirements across participants.
Many organizations need to coordinate training while maintaining normal operations. Finding a suitable time for multiple employees to attend training can require careful planning, particularly when staff work different shifts or have different responsibilities.
Training sessions can be arranged around operating hours, shift patterns, and team availability where possible. This helps organizations organize BLS training around existing responsibilities and staffing requirements rather than disrupting normal operations.
Whether training is required for a small group, a single department, or a larger workforce, sessions can be organized to accommodate different team sizes and certification requirements. This flexibility allows organizations to arrange training based on their own needs and priorities.
Training is available for participants completing BLS certification for the first time as well as those renewing an existing certification. Sessions can be organized for new employees, existing staff, or teams requiring updated credentials throughout the year.
Training is delivered by an instructor who guides participants through the course requirements and certification process. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions, receive clarification on course content, and complete training with support throughout the session.
For organizations arranging BLS training for the first time, here is a general overview of what to expect from the process.
Training can be requested through the contact form or booking enquiry. From there, sessions can be scheduled around team availability, shift patterns, and whether on-site or classroom delivery is preferred.
Sessions are instructor-led and include both instructional content and hands-on skills practice. Participants complete CPR techniques, AED procedures, and coordinated emergency response steps using mannequin-based practice. The instructor guides participants through course requirements and is available to answer questions throughout the session.
Upon successful completion, participants receive certification through the certification program selected for the training session. Blue Ocean Safety offers training aligned with programs including the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, ASHI, Medic First Aid, and Pro Trainings.
BLS certification requires periodic renewal. The renewal period can vary depending on the certification provider and workplace or professional requirements. Blue Ocean Safety offers renewal training for participants whose certification is due to expire, which can be organized alongside initial certification sessions for teams with mixed renewal dates.

I got my Basic Life Support Certificate here and everything ran very smoothly and the instructor was very helpful and educated on the subject. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave feedback on what I could improve or what I was doing right. I would definitely recommend!

Henry was an awesome instructor and he made the class much more engaging and informative! This is a great and cost effective option if you are looking for a CPR Certification in fresno! 10/10 will come back for my recertification!

Henry is amazing! Always very organized and on top of his schedule. Our Dental Assisting students and instructors always say they enjoy having him in class. I also love that he helps the students get their BLS cards to me before he even leaves them. I appreciate his dedication!

This class was very informative and helpful. I learned more in 30 mins than I learned in my high school classes. Henry Serrano is a great instructor and gives clear, practical information. He teaches well and is easy to understand. I highly recommend this course. Though it would be nice if the course was a little longer to really solidify the information. Overall though, I would recommend this to anyone medical professional or not that's interested in getting BLS certified.

Henry Seranno was a very good instructor, he made sure that we understood everything that he went over, answered any questions that we had about what we were learning. Made sure that everything was clear and I really appreciated the diligence. Definitely would recommend him as an instructor for BLS.

Henry was really descriptive and explained everything so well. He pauses every once in a while to see if you have questions so that was really helpful. We practiced everything a few times to make sure we understood. I felt very comfortable in the class.

They are related but not the same. CPR training covers emergency response techniques such as chest compressions and AED use. BLS training goes further by including coordinated response procedures commonly required in healthcare and patient-care settings.
