Fresno businesses operate across industries where workplace safety and OSHA compliance are critical, especially in construction, manufacturing, warehousing, agriculture, and food processing.
California continues to see workplace injuries and fatalities across high-risk industries each year, making ongoing OSHA training an important part of protecting workers and maintaining compliance.
Safety training is easy to push back when teams are busy, shifts are full, and production schedules are already tight.
Businesses are expected to keep workers properly trained, documented, and compliant with current workplace safety requirements.
In workplaces with bilingual or Spanish-speaking teams, unclear communication during safety training can increase the risk of misunderstandings on-site.
OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 programs are available for construction and general industry workplaces needing practical safety instruction and compliance-focused training for employees and supervisors.
Topics may include workplace hazard awareness, safety procedures, risk prevention, and OSHA compliance responsibilities relevant to different job environments.
Sending employees off-site can create downtime, scheduling issues, and lost productivity, especially for businesses managing multiple workers or active job sites.
Blue Ocean Safety provides on-site OSHA programs throughout Fresno and the Central Valley, allowing teams to complete required safety instruction at their workplace while keeping operations moving.
Safety instruction is often difficult to coordinate around production schedules, shift rotations, and project deadlines.
Sessions can be arranged around operational requirements where possible, helping businesses minimize disruption while keeping teams compliant and up to date.
Businesses are expected to maintain workplace safety standards and ensure workers receive the correct instruction for their roles and responsibilities.
Programs are delivered in line with OSHA workplace safety requirements, with documentation provided where needed to help maintain proper compliance records.
Clear communication is critical during workplace safety instruction, especially for bilingual and Spanish-speaking teams.
Spanish-language sessions are available to help improve understanding, participation, and overall workplace safety outcomes across diverse work environments.
Programs can be adapted to different workplace settings, equipment types, and operational risks across industries such as construction, manufacturing, warehousing, agriculture, and food processing.
This helps ensure instruction remains relevant to the type of work employees perform each day.
Some businesses only realize safety requirements need updating when inspections, new projects, staffing changes, or compliance deadlines arise unexpectedly.
Where scheduling allows, short-notice OSHA instruction may be available for workplaces needing urgent safety certification or compliance support.

I got my Basic Life Support Certificate here and everything ran very smoothly and the instructor was very helpful and educated on the subject. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave feedback on what I could improve or what I was doing right. I would definitely recommend!

Henry is amazing! Always very organized and on top of his schedule. Our Dental Assisting students and instructors always say they enjoy having him in class. I also love that he helps the students get their BLS cards to me before he even leaves them. I appreciate his dedication!

This class was very informative and helpful. I learned more in 30 mins than I learned in my high school classes. Henry Serrano is a great instructor and gives clear, practical information. He teaches well and is easy to understand. I highly recommend this course. Though it would be nice if the course was a little longer to really solidify the information. Overall though, I would recommend this to anyone medical professional or not that's interested in getting BLS certified.

Henry Seranno was a very good instructor, he made sure that we understood everything that he went over, answered any questions that we had about what we were learning. Made sure that everything was clear and I really appreciated the diligence. Definitely would recommend him as an instructor for BLS.

Henry was really descriptive and explained everything so well. He pauses every once in a while to see if you have questions so that was really helpful. We practiced everything a few times to make sure we understood. I felt very comfortable in the class.
