First aid training can be tailored to your workplace requirements and may include a combination of first aid instruction, certification, and additional training options.
Employees learn how to respond to common workplace injuries, including cuts, burns, falls, and other incidents that can occur on the job. Practical instruction helps participants understand how first aid procedures are applied when workplace injuries happen.
For workplaces with higher injury risks, training can include advanced bleeding control techniques for severe bleeding situations. This additional training may be particularly relevant for construction, manufacturing, warehousing, and other physically demanding industries.
Training can include bloodborne pathogens instruction for workplaces where employees may come into contact with blood or other potentially infectious materials. Employees learn about workplace responsibilities and procedures related to potential exposure incidents.
Training can be delivered on-site at your Los Angeles workplace, across multiple business locations, or through blended learning formats depending on your requirements.
Sessions can be delivered in English or Spanish depending on the needs of your workforce, helping employees better understand the training and workplace safety information being provided.
Blue Ocean Safety provides first aid training for businesses across Los Angeles, including:
Construction work often involves multiple crews, contractors, and changing site conditions. First aid training helps workers know how to respond when injuries occur on the job.
Warehouses rely on employees working together in busy, fast-moving environments. First aid training helps staff respond more appropriately when workplace injuries happen during a shift.
When an injury happens on the production floor, people naturally stop what they're doing and attention shifts to the incident. First aid training helps employees respond more appropriately in those situations.
Patients, visitors, and staff may all require assistance at different times. First aid training helps employees understand how to respond when unexpected incidents occur in the workplace.
Even with established safety procedures in place, workplace injuries can still happen. First aid training helps employees understand what to do when someone is injured at work.
Property managers, maintenance teams, and building staff are often responsible for responding when incidents occur on-site. First aid training helps employees understand how to assist safely and appropriately when someone requires immediate attention.

I got my Basic Life Support Certificate here and everything ran very smoothly and the instructor was very helpful and educated on the subject. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave feedback on what I could improve or what I was doing right. I would definitely recommend!

This was an excellent instructed CPR and First Aid Class! Working with Blue Ocean was a breeze and they immoderately got me my CPR card. Henry was an awesome instructor and he made the class much more engaging and informative! This is a great and cost effective option if you are looking for a CPR Certification in fresno! 10/10 will come back for my recertification!

Henry is amazing! Always very organized and on top of his schedule. Our Dental Assisting students and instructors always say they enjoy having him in class. I also love that he helps the students get their BLS cards to me before he even leaves them. I appreciate his dedication!

This class was very informative and helpful. I learned more in 30 mins than I learned in my high school classes. Henry Serrano is a great instructor and gives clear, practical information. He teaches well and is easy to understand. I highly recommend this course. Though it would be nice if the course was a little longer to really solidify the information. Overall though, I would recommend this to anyone medical professional or not that's interested in getting BLS certified.

Henry Seranno was a very good instructor, he made sure that we understood everything that he went over, answered any questions that we had about what we were learning. Made sure that everything was clear and I really appreciated the diligence. Definitely would recommend him as an instructor for BLS.

Henry was really descriptive and explained everything so well. He pauses every once in a while to see if you have questions so that was really helpful. We practiced everything a few times to make sure we understood. I felt very comfortable in the class.
