Even experienced operators can develop unsafe habits over time. Without training that reflects your workplace, equipment, and day-to-day tasks, small gaps in knowledge can increase the risk of incidents, equipment damage, and unnecessary disruptions.
Skipping inspections, taking shortcuts, or overlooking safe operating procedures can become part of the daily routine without regular training and reinforcement.
Operators need to remain aware of pedestrians, changing work conditions, blind spots, and other workplace hazards when using forklifts and powered equipment.
Incorrect equipment handling can lead to damaged forklifts, storage systems, loading areas, and other workplace assets, resulting in avoidable downtime and repair costs.
Compliance is just the baseline. True workplace safety requires practical training that addresses your facility's unique layouts, equipment, and daily operational demands. Here is how our specialized on-site forklift and equipment program protect your crew and your bottom line.
Operators receive practical instruction in the safe operation of forklifts and powered industrial trucks (PIT), including equipment handling, load movement, workplace awareness, and safe operating procedures using the equipment they operate every day.
Training covers the safe operation of aerial lifts, including equipment inspections, hazard awareness, and safe operating procedures based on your workplace and the tasks being performed.
Operators learn the safe setup, operation, and inspection of scissor lifts through practical training that reflects the equipment, workplace conditions, and daily responsibilities of your team.
*Training is delivered on-site throughout Stockton in English or Spanish. If you're training a smaller team or an individual operator, we can also arrange training at one of our locations.
Forklifts and powered equipment play an important role in many Stockton businesses.
Our training is designed for workplaces where equipment is used every day, helping operators apply safe work practices in the same environment where they perform their jobs.
As a major Northern California hub, Stockton’s busy distribution spaces rely heavily on safe forklift operation to keep inventory moving safely. Operators learn practical techniques for handling loads, navigating high-traffic shared spaces, and maintaining sharp situational awareness throughout fast-paced shifts.
Industrial and marine port environments require equipment operators to work safely around heavy machinery, specialized transit loads, and shifting workplace flows. Training focuses on consistent operating procedures that protect both personnel and valuable cargo.
Moving heavy pallets, raw materials, and finished goods is central to San Joaquin County agribusiness. Training helps operators handle specialized equipment safely while navigating active production lines, large-scale storage facilities, and outdoor loading zones.
Stockton development and infrastructure projects involve constantly changing conditions, multiple crews, and heavy machinery sharing tight spaces. Training helps operators apply practical, adaptable safe-operating habits to keep job sites efficient and compliant.

I got my Basic Life Support Certificate here and everything ran very smoothly and the instructor was very helpful and educated on the subject. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave feedback on what I could improve or what I was doing right. I would definitely recommend!

Henry is amazing! Always very organized and on top of his schedule. Our Dental Assisting students and instructors always say they enjoy having him in class. I also love that he helps the students get their BLS cards to me before he even leaves them. I appreciate his dedication!

This class was very informative and helpful. I learned more in 30 mins than I learned in my high school classes. Henry Serrano is a great instructor and gives clear, practical information. He teaches well and is easy to understand. I highly recommend this course. Though it would be nice if the course was a little longer to really solidify the information. Overall though, I would recommend this to anyone medical professional or not that's interested in getting BLS certified.

Henry Seranno was a very good instructor, he made sure that we understood everything that he went over, answered any questions that we had about what we were learning. Made sure that everything was clear and I really appreciated the diligence. Definitely would recommend him as an instructor for BLS.

Henry was really descriptive and explained everything so well. He pauses every once in a while to see if you have questions so that was really helpful. We practiced everything a few times to make sure we understood. I felt very comfortable in the class.

Yes. Training is adapted to the experience level of your operators, the equipment they use, and the type of work being carried out. Whether you're training new employees or experienced operators, instruction is designed to be practical and relevant to your workplace.
The length of the training depends on the type of equipment being covered, the number of operators attending, and the experience level of your team. We'll discuss your workplace requirements beforehand to ensure the training is suited to your business.
Training delivered at your workplace allows operators to learn using the same equipment, workplace layout, and operating conditions they work with every day. This helps make the training more practical and easier to apply during day-to-day operations.
