Medical emergencies can happen anywhere.
But before emergency medical services arrive, employees may be required to respond when someone collapses or stops breathing.
The problem is most people aren't sure what to do.
They hesitate. They look around waiting for someone else to act.
That uncertainty can turn the situation into a far more serious one.
CPR training changes that. It teaches your team how to recognize an emergency and respond appropriately when immediate action is needed.
Training includes hands-on CPR and AED instruction designed to help employees respond during workplace emergencies. Participants practice CPR techniques using training mannequins and learn how AEDs are used when immediate action is required.
Certification is available through recognized providers including the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, ASHI, Medic First Aid, and Pro Trainings. Businesses can select training that aligns with their workplace requirements and certification needs.
Employees learn the steps involved in responding to a medical emergency, helping them better understand what actions may be required before emergency medical services arrive.
Training is available in English and Spanish depending on the needs of your workforce. Providing instruction in a language employees are comfortable with helps improve understanding of CPR procedures and emergency response information.
Depending on your requirements, training can be delivered through in-person classes, classroom-based sessions, or blended learning formats that include skills sessions. Training can also be organized around your workplace schedule and operational requirements.
Blue Ocean Safety provides CPR training for all kinds of businesses across Fresno and the Central Valley, including:
Agriculture remains one of the region's largest industries, with employees often working across large properties, equipment yards, and field operations. CPR training helps workers understand how to respond when a medical emergency occurs before emergency services arrive.
Food processing facilities rely on large teams working together in fast-paced environments. CPR training helps employees recognize medical emergencies and understand the steps involved in providing immediate assistance.
Warehouses are busy workplaces where employees often work across large facilities and multiple shifts. CPR training helps staff understand how to respond when a co-worker, visitor, or contractor experiences a medical emergency.
Manufacturing operations depend on teams working closely together throughout the day. CPR training helps employees prepare for situations where immediate action may be needed while waiting for emergency medical services.
Healthcare professionals and support staff may be required to maintain CPR certification as part of workplace or professional requirements. Training helps ensure employees remain familiar with CPR procedures and AED use.

I got my Basic Life Support Certificate here and everything ran very smoothly and the instructor was very helpful and educated on the subject. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave feedback on what I could improve or what I was doing right. I would definitely recommend!

Henry is amazing! Always very organized and on top of his schedule. Our Dental Assisting students and instructors always say they enjoy having him in class. I also love that he helps the students get their BLS cards to me before he even leaves them. I appreciate his dedication!

This class was very informative and helpful. I learned more in 30 mins than I learned in my high school classes. Henry Serrano is a great instructor and gives clear, practical information. He teaches well and is easy to understand. I highly recommend this course. Though it would be nice if the course was a little longer to really solidify the information. Overall though, I would recommend this to anyone medical professional or not that's interested in getting BLS certified.

Henry Seranno was a very good instructor, he made sure that we understood everything that he went over, answered any questions that we had about what we were learning. Made sure that everything was clear and I really appreciated the diligence. Definitely would recommend him as an instructor for BLS.

Henry was really descriptive and explained everything so well. He pauses every once in a while to see if you have questions so that was really helpful. We practiced everything a few times to make sure we understood. I felt very comfortable in the class.

CPR training focuses on responding to cardiac and breathing emergencies, including CPR and AED use. First aid training covers a broader range of workplace injuries and incidents such as burns, cuts, falls, and bleeding emergencies.
Certification renewal requirements vary depending on the provider and workplace requirements. Regular renewal helps employees stay familiar with CPR procedures and current guidelines.
AEDs are commonly found in workplaces, schools, healthcare facilities, and public buildings. Combining CPR and AED instruction helps employees understand how both are used during a cardiac emergency.
CPR certification is commonly required in healthcare settings and is also frequently arranged by employers in agriculture, food processing, warehousing, manufacturing, education, childcare, and other workplaces where emergency preparedness is a priority.
