This class was very informative and helpful. I learned more in 30 mins than I learned in my high school classes. Henry Serrano is a great instructor and gives clear, practical information. He teaches well and is easy to understand. I highly recommend this course. Though it would be nice if the course was a little longer to really solidify the information. Overall though, I would recommend this to anyone medical professional or not that's interested in getting BLS certified.

Henry Seranno was a very good instructor, he made sure that we understood everything that he went over, answered any questions that we had about what we were learning. Henry was really descriptive and explained everything so well. He pauses every once in a while to see if you have questions so that was really helpful. We practiced everything a few times to make sure we understood. I felt very comfortable in the class.
